About the client

On behalf of a social housing provider, MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Head of Assets to lead on asset management and repairs.

 

Accountabilities

  • Accountable for responsive repairs and voids
  • Ensure the organisation meets regulatory building safety requirements
  • Work closely with the Director of Assets                                
  • Support this organisations asset management strategy and delivery of their strategic plans
  • Oversee the maintenance of asset data
  • Oversee the development of a large-scale investment programme
  • Provide leadership for their repairs, voids, and disrepair service
  • Involvement in the management of options appraisals
  • Management of relationships with key stakeholders
  • Management of an array of asset management activities including dilapidations, maintenance, reactive and cyclical maintenance, voids and some disposal projects

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record leading teams
  • Proven track record within social housing, local government or similar
  • Previous experience delivering and leading on asset management strategies
  • Experience leading a repairs service
  • Availability to start at short notice
