We’re working with Real Estate Management (UK) Limited (REM), a prestigious real estate company with a portfolio of prime central assets, including iconic properties such as The Shard, the News Building, Park House, 48 Pall Mall, and the upcoming Shard Place, with a portfolio value exceeding £3 billion.
REM is seeking an exceptional Head of Sustainability to develop and deliver a portfolio-wide Sustainability proposal in order to ensure the assets remain the best in class, whilst achieving and maintaining notable ESG accreditations.
Using your knowledge and track record of delivering ESG policies, you’ll be creating and implementing your business plan and delivering action plans to ultimately drive portfolio ESG performance across the board.
Previous experience of delivering successful ESG strategy is a must, as you’ll be working closely with key stakeholders associated with major asset management portfolios i.e. planners, local authorities, consultants, key neighbours, occupiers, and regulators/professional bodies. You should be a leader in your field, with the ability to influence wider business activities including – Risk management, place making and corporate social responsibility.
