We are working on a prestigious opportunity with JLL, who are seeking a senior Director within property management to take ownership of The Crown Estate’s central London portfolio.
As the Head of Residential Property Management for The Crown Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a varied and unique portfolio, including prime real estate in some of the UK's most high-profile locations, such as Regent Street and St James's, with some of the UK's most iconic assets. You will be responsible for a team that delivers tenancy and long lease management to circa 2,000 properties across London, including the management and high-quality leadership of a team of 14 people.
As Head of Residential Property Management, you will create purpose and impact. Every day, you’ll be managing a portfolio which creates value for the UK economy, as well as contributing to the wellbeing of the country. You will be expected to inspire, coach, and lead your team to success, delivering the highest standard of customer service.
You will also work closely with other divisions within JLL regarding the introduction of aligned services and strategies for the future growth of the residential property management service provision, selecting the best of JLL for The Crown Estate’s wider benefit.
To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrative senior residential property management experience, and a track record of leading and motivating a team and driving performance.
You should also be able to demonstrate ability to support the client’s financial priorities, maintaining profitability, and establish new management systems to support a commercially viable business.
Good communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships is a must.
