This is a key leadership opportunity for a senior professional with deep sector experience in logistics and industrial project management, development consultancy, and real estate advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of chartered surveyors, construction project managers, and cost consultants
- Oversee delivery of major logistics and industrial facilities, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
- Drive strategic business development across the logistics and industrial sectors
- Act as a trusted adviser to developers, investors, occupiers, and public bodies
- Ensure robust programme management, risk controls, and quality assurance
- Champion innovation in construction methodology, sustainability, and digital delivery
The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
- Extensive leadership experience in logistics and industrial project management within consultancy or client-side roles
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent
- Proven track record in managing capital development, refurbishment, or estate transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, planning processes, and the property development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative in leadership style
