The Company seeks to appoint a Head of Estates Management to provide strategic leadership and client oversight of estate capital projects, maintenance and compliance across the school, Hall, and commercial estate portfolios. The postholder will also offer expert advice and assurance to the Company’s governance committees and leadership, while establishing strong project delivery, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
We are seeking an exceptional estates leader with a proven track record of leading a similar diverse and technically complex portfolio with a strong emphasis on assurance. A natural collaborator, you will possess the interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to succeed in an organisation driven by a strong social purpose. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and wholly dedicated to supporting Haberdashers’ mission of providing outstanding educational outcomes.
