ICMP is a widely respected pioneer of contemporary music education in the UK and has been helping students build successful careers in the music industry for over 30 years. With a portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in popular music performance, production, creative musicianship, song writing, music business, event management and marketing, ICMP’s has two extensive and purpose-designed campus buildings located in North London.

We have recently been successful in securing £7.8m of capital funding from the Office for Students over a 4-year period to develop our new Queens Park Campus, redevelop our Dyne Road Campus, and, as we continue to grow, acquire and develop additional campus space to be available from 2025.

Reporting to the Registrar and Chief Operating Officer and a key member of the Executive Committee and Senior Management Team, this is a key strategic role in helping to shape the future of the Institute of Contemporary Music and Performance (ICMP), an internationally-recognised small and specialist provider of contemporary music Higher Education.

We are now seeking to appoint an innovative, strategic and enterprising leader who will be responsible for the leadership, management and delivery of our Estates, Facilities and IT services and strategy.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of providing ‘best in class’ facilities management services across a comparable prestigious high-public footfall customer facing portfolio.  You will be an adept contract manager with strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing a performing effective outsourced supply chain in addition to developing an in-house team.
