The Hard Facilities Manager has responsibility for the inhouse maintenance (planned and reactive), trades and grounds teams.
A key function of the role is to ensure statutory compliance of the Estate within regulatory requirements, with a prompt and effective response to quality control, compliance and audit recommendations. Experience of working to Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) standards would be advantageous.
