We’re seeking a graduate estate surveyor to assist with the management of a varied and interesting portfolio spanning the East Anglia area. 

YOUR ROLE
You’ll be based in East Anglia, working on property management in Ipswich, Lowestoft, and King’s Lynn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure tenants are happy and taking care of properties.
• Handle lease activities, like renewals and reviews.
• Conduct annual property inspections.
• Keep property data accurate and complete.
• Work on reducing vacancy rates.
• Aim to increase rental income, beating market benchmarks.
• Manage and minimize risks.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of third-party occupiers.
• Execute lease events and lettings, working with property team.
• Collaborate with property team and regional colleagues when needed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience inspecting tenanted properties and ensuring obligations are met.
• Familiarity with the industrial and logistics sector.
• Understanding of both landlord and occupier estate management.
• Knowledge of operational risk in the port/industrial/logistics sector.
• A valid driver’s license.
