Stuhomes are currently looking for a FOH & Community Advisor for their Kirby Street Residence, located in the historical Hatton Garden district of London.
As the FOH & Community Advisor, you will report directly to the Resident Experience Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to the students. They will work alongside an inspiring and supportive team to maintain and improve student satisfaction. In addition, they will be responsible for creating, promoting, and delivering high-quality social events. They will be creating and collecting content and feel confident to manage social media platforms. The FOH & Community Advisor will be supporting and conducting sales tours and completing the booking processes.
The ideal candidate for this position will be positive, self-motivated, and possess a creative mindset. They will have a strong understanding of customer service and experience in managing customer expectations. They must also be an exceptional team player with an adaptable personality.
