About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a FM Manager for a pioneering giga-project in Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in developing and implementing FM Management Strategy and Operations for the company and collaborate with the development and design teams to create customized FM business models, establish relevant KPIs, and enhance asset quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage both hard and soft FM services provided inhouse.
  • Coordinating asset handovers, testing, and commissioning as well as preparing for FM steady state.
  • Ensuring the delivery of highquality Facilities Management services promptly and courteously, prioritizing safety.
  • Provide updates and feedback to the Senior FM Cluster Manager regarding the progress of development strategies, business plan revisions, and coordination efforts, including aspects related to Transport, Tech & Digital, and Site Wide Infrastructure.
  • Managing FM cluster analysts and consultants during strategy development, including relevant KPIs.
  • Supporting interfaces between entities to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and developing contingency plans as needed.

You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, expertise in performance-based contracts and SLAs, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAFM, and BIM software, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Background, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Over 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) strategies. (Mixed-use development)
  • A solid understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
