Leasing Manager – Central London
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead and support the delivery of leasing campaigns across a central London portfolio, driving commercial success and increasing asset valuation.
About the Role
As a Leasing Manager, you will take ownership of leasing campaigns, ensuring assets are best positioned to minimise voids, maximise commercial returns, and enhance asset valuation. You will play a key role in shaping asset design, marketing strategy, agent and broker management, and deal negotiations, while also ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for occupiers. This is a high-impact role that requires autonomy, strong market knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead leasing campaigns – Oversee workplace design, marketing strategy, agent selection, deal negotiations, and transactions.
- Develop strong agent & broker relationships – Act as the key point of contact within the leasing and broker community, maintaining strong industry connections.
- Marketing strategy & execution – Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement impactful campaigns, ensuring strong exposure across online and social media platforms.
- Market research & business planning – Track competitor activity, market trends, and workspace availability to support business decisions and inform leasing strategies.
- Stakeholder collaboration – Liaise with internal teams, including Portfolio Management and Occupier Services, to optimise asset positioning and ensure seamless occupier onboarding.
- Ensure compliance – Adhere to corporate responsibility values and stay up to date with all relevant legislation.

Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS (preferred)
- Proven experience in leasing transactions within the Central London market
- Strong network and profile across the London leasing industry
- Experience in marketing, negotiating, and closing deals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for real estate and a keen understanding of market dynamics and operators
