A unique opportunity to lead the development of a major residential and lifestyle subdistrict within one of the region's most exciting masterplans.
We are seeking a highly experienced development executive to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale, integrated precinct featuring over 1,000 residential apartments, exclusive low-rise villas, and a range of supporting hospitality, retail, and entertainment assets. The development is already in motion, with an aggressive programme targeting phased completion starting mid-2029.

What We’re Looking For:
- 25+ years of development experience, including leadership roles on complex, high-density or resort-style projects.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end delivery of residential-led mixed-use districts, ideally at a city or giga-project scale.
- Strong grasp of design management, infrastructure coordination, procurement strategy, and phased construction.
- Must have GCC / Middle East experience.
