Job Title: Executive Director – Development

Salary: 120,000 – 140,000 SAR per month
About the Role
A confidential client is seeking a senior development executive to a new, ambitious master plan in the capital. This role will oversee a large-scale, multi-asset destination comprising residential, hospitality, entertainment, and public realm components.
As Executive Director – Development, you will sit at the top of the development structure, guiding multiple subdistricts through the full development lifecycle—from strategic planning and concept design through to execution and completion. You will lead a team of Development Directors and play a central role in aligning design, commercial strategy, infrastructure, and delivery across a highly complex programme.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and leadership across a portfolio of major subdistricts.

Lead development planning, feasibility, and execution strategy across all phases.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure programme alignment and delivery excellence.

Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and delivery teams.

Uphold best-in-class development governance, reporting, and risk management standards.
Candidate Profile

Proven leadership experience leading end-to-end, large-scale masterplanned developments.

Strong understanding of multi-asset, mixed-use environments including public realm and infrastructure.

Track record of managing senior development teams and complex stakeholder networks.
Salary & Benefits
