St James’ Independent Schools in London (UK) are three fee-paying schools for children aged 4 to 18. The Juniors’ and Senior Girls’ Schools are in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and the Senior Boys’ School in Ashford, Surrey. 

Our Senior Girls' School is located on the same site as our Junior School. We offer state of the art facilities including an onsite Gymnasium, spacious art rooms, a large purpose-built music room with our own grand piano and 4 science blocks all with the latest equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail focused Events Manager to join the Marketing, Admissions and Events team. You will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, organisation and delivery of whole school events, driving brand awareness and building on the considerable reputation and success of St James Preparatory School (incorporating St James Nursery School) and the Senior Girls’ School. 

The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring the highest possible standards of organisation, presentation, and delivery of all events. They will have excellent written and communication skills, attention to detail and an overall collaborative working style. The ideal candidate will be a strong brand ambassador for St James Schools.  They will understand the importance of their role particularly relating St James School’s brand representation and visibility, ensuring it is succinct, unified, and underpinned in the schools’ values and ethos.

This role is offered on a Term Time plus 4 weeks basis.
