Are you looking for a challenging role where you can use your property management expertise and leadership skills to make a difference? Bidwells are looking for a Divisional Partner to lead on the management of the 27-acre Granta Park in Cambridge.
You'll manage a significant portfolio of office and laboratory buildings, ensuring that client services are provided to a high standard and in accordance with Asset Management Agreements. You'll take responsibility for a diverse range of tasks, including client reporting, operational facilities, property management responsibilities, financial management, and tenant applications.
We're looking for someone with extensive technical knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and regulations relating to the management of commercial property. You'll also need to have extensive knowledge of managing service charge accounts, with high levels of numeracy, and proven property management skills including good knowledge of the relevant H&S legislation.
In addition, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to influence high-level client outcomes. You'll also need to be able to co-ordinate other individuals and service providers and have experience leading and developing a team.
