The Management Recruitment is currently shortlisting for a Technical Services Director (IT & AV) to spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT, and AV systems across a portfolio of high-end hotels and immersive entertainment destinations for one of our esteemed clients.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital backbone of iconic projects, integrating next-gen technologies, energy-efficient systems, and seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ELV and AV design strategy across large-scale hospitality and entertainment developments.
- Drive innovation in smart building systems, digital transformation, and integrated technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical excellence and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring of all technical services.
- Champion value engineering and continuous improvement across all phases of design and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’ Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in ELV/ICT/AV design for luxury hotels or entertainment venues.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of international standards, technical design codes, and smart building technologies, related to ELV Hotel design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional guest experiences through technology.
