The Management Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a prestigious, award-winning luxury resort in Doha who are looking to appoint an accomplished Director of Talent and Culture to lead and shape the HR strategies that will drive the hotel's success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognized hotel brand, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you will take ownership of all human resource functions, ensuring compliance with labour laws, policies, and standards while fostering an engaging work environment. You will work closely with the leadership team to deliver the company’s vision, leading talent acquisition, colleague engagement, and development initiatives that align with both operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and execute HR strategies, ensuring labour compliance and alignment with brand standards

Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and collaboration across all levels of the organization

Spearhead talent management initiatives, from recruitment to onboarding, training, and professional development

Support leaders and colleagues across the resort in meeting operational and financial objectives

Drive employee well-being and benefit administration programs

Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws, and standards

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or related fields

University degree or equivalent diploma required; HR certification a plus

Proven experience in talent management, benefits administration, and employee welfare

Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A self-driven, team-oriented professional with the ability to meet deadlines
