Director of Student Futures
Salary £95,231 plus an excellent benefits package
Location University of Northampton Waterside Campus / Hybrid
You will provide inspirational leadership to develop and empower the teams of who contribute to student careers, employability, and other positive outcomes, ensuring the University’s employability services continually evolve to meet the needs of students, alumni and key employers.
You will build coalitions with the academic faculties and other stakeholders who contribute directly to students’ careers and through influence and partnership with academic staff, you will embed the University’s Graduate Employability plan into the curriculum and students’ course experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional communicator who can demonstrate a track record of engaging stakeholders both internally and externally, such as employers and professional bodies, in order to inform our provision, facilitate positive graduate outcomes, and influence future working practices as well as having the ability to translate strategy into action and command the respect of the academic community.
