Keele University is seeking a Director of Service Transformation to lead the development and implementation of transformational change across our professional services.

Reporting to the COO the Director of Service Transformation will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change. You will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our services are fit for purpose and meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience of the development and delivery of programmes of improvement, including the implementation of new IT systems resulting in transformational change. You will draw on this and your knowledge of best practice across and beyond higher education to deliver excellent, effective and cost-efficient professional service innovation. This will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully build relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
