Director of Property and Business Services

The University of Nottingham is seeking to make the key leadership appointment to the role of Director of Property and Business Services.

The University of Nottingham is a world-class University.  Ranked in the top 100 Global Universities, the University has one of the largest and most diverse estate portfolios in the country. 

The Director of Property and Business Services will play a key role as part of the Estates and Facilities senior leadership team, ensuring that the directorate provides a world-class enabling function to the University.  The role takes a specific portfolio that includes space management, property and asset management and leads a multifaceted business services function to support the whole directorate.

We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills gained within a large scale, complex estates environment, with particular expertise in strategic planning.  We are open to candidates who have particular experience in asset management, space management or estates support/business services and are looking to progress their career to take a broader remit at an influential level.
