MRG Global is supporting a leading Saudi developer on the appointment of a Director of Broker Management within their growing Residential team.
This newly created leadership role will be responsible for developing and managing the brokerage strategy for a large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh. With two direct reports, you will take ownership of broker engagement, network development, and the design of commission structures to ensure long-term success in residential sales.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the broker management function with a strategic focus on acquisitions, partnerships, and buyer engagement.

Developing and implementing commission structures to support sustainable sales performance.

Establishing and expanding a high-quality broker network, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s residential sales strategy.

Managing and mentoring a small team, driving excellence in execution.

Acting as a key interface between external brokerage partners and internal residential sales leadership.
Candidate requirements:

More than 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of broker management functions.

A stable career history with 2–3+ years in each recent role.

Proven experience at a top-tier developer or brokerage (e.g. Emaar, Dubai Properties, or other leading international developers).

Arabic speaker, currently based in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.

Strong knowledge of the regional residential real estate market, including commercial and operational complexities.
