Are you a Project Management leader with proven expertise in cost, programme, construction quality, and risk management? This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a Deputy Project Director role, delivering greenfield hyperscale data centers. You will be driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines, and representing the client’s interests at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight across the full project lifecycle – from planning, procurement, and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

Manage cost, programme, quality, and risk to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to world-class standards.

Oversee project controls, governance, and reporting to both internal stakeholders and the client.

Act as a senior client interface, ensuring effective stakeholder management and alignment with strategic objectives.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with international best practices for mission-critical infrastructure delivery.

Support and mentor project managers and package leads to ensure consistency of delivery across all workstreams.
Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 15+ years’ experience in large-scale construction projects.

Proven expertise in cost, programme, construction quality, and risk management.

Strong background in stakeholder and client management at senior level.

Experience in end-to-end data center construction highly preferred; alternatively, strong track record in mission-critical projects (airports, hospitals, semiconductor, and industrial).

Prior PMC or consultancy experience is advantageous.
