Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for hyperscale data center projects.

Oversee design management, technical reviews, and compliance with international and local standards.

Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams including client, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure quality, cost, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive construction progress, resolve site issues, and ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

Support commissioning and handover phases with focus on durability and operability of CSA packages.
Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in CSA project management.

Strong preference for candidates with PMC / consultancy background.

Prior experience in greenfield data centers or mission-critical projects (e.g., hospitals, semiconductor plants, airports, industrial facilities).

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
