Job Description: Construction Manager (APM or CM – Interiors and Fitout)

Position: Construction Manager (APM or CM – Interiors and Fitout) x 2
Location: Klang Valley
Salary: Negotiable
Availability: 2 Months


We are seeking two highly experienced Construction Managers (APM or CM) specializing in Interiors and Fitout projects. One position will focus on industrial buildings and the other on office fitout. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for those with data center experience and necessary industrial building or factory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Programme Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Construction Management: Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final handover.
  • Quality Management: Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and statutory code compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Design and Construction Process: Apply your comprehensive knowledge of the design and construction process to optimize project outcomes.


  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with significant experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Specialization: Data center experience preferred; industrial building/factory experience is essential.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Project Skills: Strong experience in cost, programme, construction, quality, and risk management.
  • Compliance: Thorough understanding of statutory code compliance.
  • Background: One role requires an architectural background in industrial buildings, and the other in office fitout.
  • Availability: Must be available to start within two months.
