Position: Client Services Director (Facilities Management)
Location: Manila, Philippines.

Introduction:

We are partnering with a Global forward-thinking  organisation to recruit a Client Services Director for their operations in Manila. This pivotal role involves overseeing client relationship management, operational excellence, and financial performance. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of facilities management (both hard and soft services) while ensuring high-quality delivery tailored to client needs.

This position requires a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to satisfaction. The Client Services Director will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for additional service offerings and fostering seamless integration with client stakeholders while maintaining a focus on the commercial aspects of the contract.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Lead in-country teams to meet or exceed operational SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage operational risks effectively.
  • Establish strong vendor relationships and oversee service implementations and projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Proactively manage and surpass client expectations.
  • Position the company as a strategic partner, offering innovative and value-added solutions.
  • Develop strategic client plans and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across projects.
  • Ensure teams achieve financial targets and address client feedback promptly and effectively.

People Management and Development

  • Lead recruitment, development, and performance management for staff.
  • Foster clear communication at all organizational levels, ensuring actionable feedback loops.
  • Implement effective succession planning and oversee consistent HR practices.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience delivering hard and soft Facilities Management solutions for large-scale projects exceeding 20,000 sq m, with a background in the financial sector being advantageous but not essential.
  • Expertise in administering FARM IN and FARM OUT processes for PEZA-compliant projects.
  • Proven experience with mission-critical engineering installations requiring high uptime.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with demonstrated account development success.
  • Solid understanding of outsourcing processes, particularly in FM and related services.
