This company is in early-stage growth and seeks an HR leader to help lay the foundations so the company can rapidly expand its delivery capabilities.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will define and deliver a world-class HR strategy that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. You will oversee all aspects of human capital management, from workforce planning and organisational design to performance, reward, and engagement, ensuring the 'people agenda' underpins the project’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for the HR function in line with organisational and national objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team.
- Design innovative talent attraction, development, and retention programmes.
- Oversee competitive reward, benefits, and performance frameworks.
- Foster a values-led, inclusive culture across a diverse workforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Senior HR leader with experience in a similar market – property, real estate, infrastructure. Client-side experience is a must.
- Proven track record of implementing HR transformation from scratch and at scale.
- Background in multi-national, multi-cultural settings.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational delivery.
