Your Role:
As Business Development Director, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the Business Development team. Your core responsibilities include supporting corporate strategy, sourcing and evaluating new development opportunities, managing JV partnerships, and driving project growth. You will also be instrumental in shaping the company's strategic planning and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s portfolio and increase value creation
- Lead negotiations for development and joint venture deals, ensuring mutual alignment
- Manage relationships with JV partners, investment firms, and other stakeholders
- Oversee deal sourcing, financial modeling, project evaluation, and performance monitoring
- Support senior leadership in developing the company’s strategic plan and annual targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team
- Represent the company at conferences, investor meetings, and industry events
What We Seek:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in deal sourcing, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Excellent bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and project management skills
- Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality
