We are looking for a BIM Manager to join on a contract basis for a greenfield Data Centre project located near Shah Alam, Malaysia.

The Role:
- Oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and systems.
- Ensure BIM standards are maintained across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific BIM execution plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and engineering teams to ensure BIM integration.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of BIM models and related documentation.
- Ensure BIM processes align with project specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide training and support to project staff on BIM tools and procedures.
- Prepare and present BIM progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, with specific experience in data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience working on fast-paced, high-specification projects.
- Ability to manage BIM teams and interface confidently with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Available to start on short notice or within the next 4–6 weeks.
