A multidisciplinary construction business with offices in London and Edinburgh are now looking to grow their work winning team with an experienced Bid Manager/Writer. Due to continued success this is key recruit for the business. The bid manager will report into the Construction Director and business owner and work closely with all the directors across the business and take ownership and management of the end to end bid process.
The bid manager will be responsible for ensuring all written content is to a high quality and technically compliant whilst maintaining the brand throughout. The successful candidate will come from a construction background, preferably consultancy, and line managed previously. They will lead the bid kick of meetings, ensure all governance is followed, manage a bid coordinator and have an input into the look and feel of all the documentation. InDesign knowledge is desirable, not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a very exciting period of growth and to be an integral be part of this.
