I am currently recruiting for a Bid Manager for a hard service focused facilities management business who are building their work winning team. This is a permanent full time role which can be based in Greater Manchester or Bristol on a hybrid basis. The salary is £55,000 – £75,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance and bonus.

You will be an experienced bid professional, with a proven track record of winning hard service FM contracts. You will be confident managing the entire bid process, as well as completing written content and building client relationships.


About the role

  • Collate and analyse market and competitor information
  • Identify new opportunities and monitor portals
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Prepare presentations for clients
  • Manage the end to end bid process, from identification to handover
  • Ensure a detailed handover to operations is completed with every successful bid
  • Creating written content and working with subject matter experts on technical content
  • Carry out post bid reviews to understand key win / loss points
