I am working with a market leader who provide landscape maintenance services to a large range of businesses across the UK. They are now looking to recruit a Bid Manager. This role is office based and located in their head office in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
Due to continued growth and the business supporting a substantial number of franchises the team are now looking for a Bid Manager. This is a great opportunity for a bid Manager who is looking to work with a leading grounds maintenance provider, working in a fast paced, and supportive environment which offers a brilliant career platform in an established industry.
About the role
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of bid professionals whilst overseeing and managing the end to end bid process. Duties include:
• Accumulating and distributing tender information.
• Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, compiling reports, data management, ensuring accurate reporting, project managing bid activity,
• Developing win themes and bid strategy,
• Keeping the bid library up to date and driving continuous improvement.
