My client has appointed Bid Recruitment to recruit a Bid Coordinator to work for their organisation working on a hybrid basis from one of there UK offices which include Birmingham, Liverpool, London or Nottingham. This is a 12 month fix term contract paying in the region of £28k to £34k.

We are looking for a highly organised Bid Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our Bid Management function with the Project & Programme Services (PPS) division.
Your role will involve:
- Receiving, processing, recording, and tracking all relevant tenders and alerts.
- Distributing relevant opportunities to the appropriate colleagues.
- Maintaining all tendering/response portals with up-to-date company information/documents.
- Editing and maintaining tender portal searches ensuring our Tender Review systems are capturing relevant opportunities.
- Managing tender mailboxes and actioning emails
- Completing PQQ’s and SQ’s and working with subject matter experts to action any gaps in information.
- Ensuring all standard bid content is kept up to date to be used in bids.
- Managing tender mailboxes and actioning emails
- Supporting technical teams across the business to help them administer and upload bids.
To succeed within this role, you will need to be highly organised and be able to work under high pressure on short bid deadlines. You will be a detail-orientated person, able to exercise extreme attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
As such, you will need to be a self-confident and outgoing individual with strong communication skills, who is able to build rapport quickly. This is an operational support role, focused on supporting our growth and so our ability to engineer a better future for our planet and its people.
This is a fixed term 12 months full time contract working on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate can be based in Birmingham, Liverpool, London or Nottingham as the client has offices in these locations.
