A global architecture firm with more than 10 studios internationally are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their busy Manchester office. This is a full time, permanent role and offers hybrid working. The salary is up to £33,000 depending on experience.
This role would suit a bid professional with 18 months+ experience who wants the chance to work in a creative environment. You will have strong project management or organisational skills and be a competent user of InDesign.
About the role
You will work as part of the regional team, supporting the bid manager and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end process, ensuring high quality bids are submitted on time. You will review information provided by SME’s to ensure consistency throughout the bid, which means proof-reading skills are essential. You’ll maintain the internal database with bid content, update the bid library with PQQ information, CV’s and project cases, and on the creative side you’ll design layouts for bids and tenders, collating images and graphics relevant to the submission.
