Bid Coordinator

A flexible and dynamic client are looking to add a Bid Coordinator to their team. Based in London 3 days a week with 2 at home. Up to £45k with flexible working on offer. The responsibilities:

To manage the day-to-day activities relating to commercial tenders for new rolling stock and associated opportunities. A key requirement will be the management of internal stakeholders to co-ordinate the bidding activities and ensure the timely delivery of documents to meet internal and external deadlines. The objective is to ensure a consistent and effective output, reflective of the clients brand that planning is applied and appropriate resource is available so that we deliver highly compelling and profitable bid.
