About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Associate Property Management Consultant to oversee client management across the region. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the central coordination point for various assets, working closely with multiple teams to deliver customised property management solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for various assets, collaborating with different teams to develop and implement strategies for managing mixed-use properties.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and third-party contractors to ensure successful project outcomes, and understanding their needs
- Prepare and oversee the development of documents related to property management projects, ensuring they align with contract requirements and project scopes.
- Examine and analyse the data related to property performance and develop strategies to improve operations and meet client objectives.
- Facilitate coordination between teams across different countries to ensure smooth operations and consistency in property management practices.
- Supervise the delivery of documents and services from team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in property management, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple teams across regions.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with property management tools and strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English
