We are seeking an experienced Associate Director in Riyadh, KSA to join a Landlord Leasing – Office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record advising institutional and private landlords on leasing strategies, asset positioning, and tenant engagement for office assets. This role focuses on managing landlord leasing mandates, driving leasing performance, and delivering strategic advisory services across a portfolio of office properties.
Experience representing occupiers is advantageous but not essential — the priority is proven success in landlord advisory and leasing execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landlord leasing mandates for office assets, from instruction through to deal completion.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and asset value.

Advise landlords on market positioning, tenant mix, and leasing strategy based on market trends and asset objectives.

Canvass and engage potential tenants, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

Negotiate heads of terms and lease agreements on behalf of landlord clients.

Collaborate closely with asset managers, property managers, and marketing teams to align leasing and asset strategies.

Prepare regular leasing reports, market updates, and performance summaries for clients.

Contribute to business development efforts, identifying and securing new landlord instructions.

Maintain up-to-date market intelligence, including competitor activity, rental levels, and demand trends.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in office leasing, with a focus on landlord-side mandates.

Proven ability to advise and deliver leasing outcomes for institutional investors, REITs, and private landlords.

Strong network of tenant and agent relationships within the office sector.

Solid understanding of office leasing trends, occupier demand, and market dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.

Professional qualification (e.g., MRICS or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
