The Opportunity:
MRG is a dynamic and forward-thinking player in the real estate and construction industry. We are on the lookout for an experienced and results-driven Associate Director / Business Director who will play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Your mission: drive new business, expand our client base in the CEE region and provide invaluable insights through in-depth research within the real estate and construction sectors.
What the role will involve:
• We encourage creativity and initiative. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the real estate and construction sectors.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new clients and expand our market presence. Your ideas matter, and you'll have the freedom to implement them.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure client expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Dive deep into the real estate and construction sectors, conducting comprehensive research and analysis to uncover market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide insightful recommendations based on your market research findings to support our strategic decision-making process.
• Prepare and present reports on business development progress, market research findings, and client engagement activities. Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
What we are looking for:
• Proven track record in building relationships within the real estate and construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Highly motivated and goal orientated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with key stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
