About the role
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, with a strong emphasis on team management and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, collaborating with departments, and promptly resolving any operational issues that may arise. You will ensure the property is filled throughout the year with students who want to stay with us long-term, creating a vibrant and thriving community.
To thrive in this position, you should have a proven track record in managing operations in a comparable environment, ideally within student accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or retail industries. Effective team management and excellent communication skills are vital for building positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders. A strong focus on student experience and satisfaction is essential, as is the ability to constantly seek ways to improve operational efficiency and enhance resident well-being.
