With heritage in Britain’s pioneering aeronautical industry, the University of Hertfordshire has been an innovative force in education since the early 1950s. Today, we are a thriving community of more than 30,000 students and 3,000 staff, based across two vibrant and inclusive campuses. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with inspirational leadership skills and experience of successfully motivating and leading teams of estates and FM professionals.  You be adept in FM contract management and procurement, with experience of leading the procurement of large-scale FM contracts and of managing outsourced FM contracts, either in client side or provider side capacity.  Experience of working across a large-scale, multi-site estate portfolio with high-footfall and a high degree of customer-focus would be advantageous.
