Harper Adams University is seeking to appoint to the post of Admissions Operations and Visa Relationship Manager.  Reporting to the Head of Registry Services, the postholder will play a key part in helping the university to achieve its new strategic aims.  

As the operational lead for both Admissions and Visa Compliance you will be responsible for ensuring the university has agile and robust admissions practices which can adapt as the university grows. You will be the key to ensuring that the university is able to meet the Home Office requirements and is audit ready. You will build strong working relationships with a wide range of academic and professional services colleagues throughout the university, and using your expert knowledge to provide advice, guidance and inform key decision making.
We are seeking a Higher Education professional with an excellent knowledge of admissions processes including UCAS and Student Route Visas and the compliance requirements placed on Higher Education providers by UKVI. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and develop diverse teams. 

This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious higher education professional to move into a leadership position.
