Accommodation Office Manager
£36,333 to £43,155 p.a. plus excellent benefits

The University of Leeds Residential Service operates, manages and leases circa 9000 student beds and generates an annual income of £50 million. The Service operates a quality management system (QMS) that complies with the requirements of BSI certified ISO9001:2015 for the provision of accommodation to undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country’s best student accommodation.
Residential Services is seeking to appoint an Accommodation Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the duties and responsibilities of a 9-person Accommodation Office team and who will be committed to delivering a high level of customer service and leadership in a busy office environment.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of working in a management/leadership position in a similar customer service environment. You will have good IT skills, with experience of working with CRM systems. To be a success in the role, you will possess strong organisational and problem solving skills and have the ability to work pro-actively, with high-energy and enthusiasm.
