What do you do at Bid Recruitment?
My focus for the last 15 years has been on construction, fit out and housing.
What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
Assisting the with the birth and growth of Bid Recruitment as I launched the desk inadvertently back in 2011.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
The usual story, I fell into it but have never once regretted getting into recruitment.
What energises you about working in this sector?
The forever changing world that is the built environment and witnessing over the years how advances in technology, ways of building and people management has evolved.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
Hybrid working, technological advances and ability to work anywhere in the world – NO PAPER lol!
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I went to an international school and speak Finnish fluently.
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
Don’t look back in anger.

Crazy, fun, driven
