What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
Becoming a Recruitment Branch Manager.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
I was working as an engineer and a friend who was in recruitment at the time suggested that I would be good at recruitment due to my communication skills.
What energises you about working in this sector?
Working within a niche market with talented people.

I’m an Aston Villa supporter.
