My client, a payment solutions provider is seeking a Bid Writer to join their team in Hereford. This role will offer flexible working, with 2-3 days in the office depending on bidding activity / workload.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing, creating and developing content with the bid team, sales team and subject matter experts. You will develop storyboards and proposals themes, keep up to date with the competitive marketplace working closely with market intelligence and sales, develop strategies to ensure written content remains accurate, manage and update the bid library, support the bid team with the bid process and deputise for the bid manager as and when needed.
You will have previous experience working as a bid writer or be a bid coordinator with the ability and passion to create winning content looking for a step up. You must be able to manage multiple projects at once, have excellent time keeping skills and be confident dealing with people of various seniority levels. Ideally, you will be degree educated and be APMP qualified. You must be willing to travel to Hereford 2-3 days per week.
