Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We are supporting a leading Saudi real estate developer in the appointment of an Executive Director of Development. This senior leadership role will play a key part in delivering landmark projects and supporting the organisation’s future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of major high-rise and mixed-use projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership and decision-making support to the CDO and executive team.
• Act as deputy to the CDO when required, with the capability to step into a future CDO role.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple cities including Riyadh and Jeddah.

Candidate Profile

• 18+ years of experience in real estate development.
• Proven track record in high-rise developments (50+ floors) and complex mixed-use schemes.
• Direct experience with iconic tower projects in the UAE or wider GCC region (preferably Dubai or Abu Dhabi).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate at an executive level.
• International exposure is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: SAR 80,000–100,000 (inclusive of housing allowance).
• Additional benefits: schooling allowance, annual bonus, long-term incentive plan, and medical insurance (VIP).
• Based in Eastern Province, with regular travel to Riyadh and Jeddah.
