Role Summary
The Group Chief Commercial Officer (GCCO) is a strategic executive leadership role reporting directly to the Group CEO. The GCCO will lead the commercial and contracts function across all regions, driving commercial strategy, governance, risk management, and margin optimisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring commercial excellence across high-value, multi-country infrastructure and industrial projects.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business; MBA or Master’s preferred.
20+ years of experience in commercial/contracts roles within EPC or infrastructure sectors.
5–7 years in a C-level or regional leadership role overseeing multi-country operations.
Deep expertise in FIDIC, NEC, and international contracting standards.
Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and economic environments in the GCC and North Africa.
