Executive Director – Development Controls & Innovation

We’re supporting a major Saudi giga-project in their search for an Executive Director – Development Controls & Innovation, based in Riyadh.
This is a critical leadership role within the development function, driving operational excellence across a multi-billion dollar development. The Executive Director will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of knowledge management systems, digital transformation initiatives, development policies, and stage-gate governance.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across land planning, infrastructure, and asset development.
Key focus areas include:

Leading the development and rollout of digital tools, templates, and governance frameworks

Managing the implementation and refinement of stage-gate processes across the project lifecycle

Establishing robust policies and controls aligned with development best practices
- Driving stakeholder engagement and training initiatives to build internal capability
