We are seeking an Executive Director – Development for an exciting, high-profile destination project in Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a premier development that features a mix of entertainment, hospitality, and retail spaces set within extensive public and green spaces.
As Executive Director, you will work with a talented team of Development Managers and a Design Director to bring together a cohesive, world-class environment. You will lead the development strategy, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to bring this innovative project to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development Leadership: Oversee the full development cycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of development professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement best practices across all aspects of the project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Significant experience with large-scale mixed-use and hospitality developments; exposure to public realm projects and entertainment assets is an advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-performance environment.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong background in managing complex, multi-phase projects from concept to delivery.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design, construction, and project management best practices within the leisure or entertainment industry.
