I am the Business Sector Director for the Bids team at Bid Recruitment. I specialise in Bid recruitment across professional services, placing Bids and Work Winning professionals with clients across real estate, construction, and engineering consultancies, as well as legal and financial services. After studying Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at Sussex University, I spent seven years at Carphone Warehouse. In 2010, I moved into recruitment, joining On-Target, a sales and business development recruitment specialist. I left in 2017 to join Badenoch & Clark to continue my journey in sales, bids, and tender recruitment before joining MRG to lead the Bid recruitment team.
